Connection to basic needs

In 2024 we partnered with the United Way, the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, and several of our primary care clinics to connect families with essential resources that impact health—like housing, food, clothing or diaper assistance. Now, we’re expanding this work to ensure referrals happen quickly and care teams receive updates on how families are supported.
